Task: Creating a process doc to illustrate how to handoff final creative files via Sharepoint

Challenges: Representing a process with numerous steps with the possibility that the audience might be doing them for the first time.

Results: As more new people joined the M365 studio there was a need for onboarding docs for common tasks. Handoff of final project files and making sure all of the appropriate stakeholders were informed of handoff was the most important step.  To clearly convey the process, I used a combination of bullet point steps as well as UI screenshots to detail the cycle of steps and the desired results. This doc became a part of the studio reference library.
